Through bespoke and pragmatic coaching interventions and mentoring support, we make work better for those:
NEW IN ROLE
We start with our own Your Insight Performance Healthcheck which is unique to the individual or the team.
For those new in role the outcome is a tailored First 90 Days Plan which identifies goals, actions and milestones to accelerate effectiveness.
For established individuals and teams, we develop a Coaching and Mentoring Plan following our Performance Healthcheck that identifies what needs to be done to achieve the performance goal and support those people to move forward.
We offer on-going support via all forms of communication, 24/7, so that we're always on hand to listen and provide advice when it is needed.
We work alongside those we are mentoring, and when asked for, we review and/or input into some of the work that they have been tasked with in their role so that they can gain valuable insight.
Such involvement is tracked through Reflection Notes, Progress Reviews against the goals and peer validation of changes in work practice.
