Having worked for the pharmaceutical industry across the UK and Europe, as well as companies servicing this industry in both biotech and Global Pharma; we have experience in a variety of roles. From field-based Account Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Director; to Sales Director, Managing Director and Vice President. 

 

Our careers have enabled us to experience the power of coaching and mentoring first-hand, and as a result, we have worked hard to become experts in coaching and mentoring so that we can help with the development of others. 

 

Through combining our commercial experience with the skills of coaching and mentoring, we are able to move individuals forward in their professional development and progress teams to achieve their collective goals. By influencing the roles that they are accountable for on a daily basis, we work collaboratively to making work better.
